Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will work with our handpicked RBT's to help our children who have autism, by developing a treatment plan to be implemented by the designated RBT. Your friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director will be with you to guide you.

Work close to home! Supervision will be a hybrid of in-person and telehealth. We offer flexible hours, with the ability to work with our team to develop a schedule that gives you the work-life balance you deserve!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles

Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills:

At least one year working as a BCBA

Passion

Confidence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration
