Math Learning Center Director/Manager

Our growing team is looking for a driven, motivated, and passionate Center Director/Manager to lead our Cary location.

Lead the Cary center as our Center Director and help continue to support making math fun!

Responsibilities:

• Actively communicate, answer questions/concerns, and partner with families expressing an interest in joining the program
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day relationships
• Manage an amazing team of instructors
• Be the point of contact for all interested families
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
• Nurture relationships with families and students, provide ongoing check-ins of progress
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Provide tours of the center to give a feel for the “Mathnasium experience”
• Hire, train, and support a team of math instructors
• Provide ongoing training opportunities
• Participate in local marketing events, fostering collaborative relationships with local schools and organizations

Qualifications:

• A four-year degree is preferred
• Strong math skills through Algebra 1
• Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow
• Affinity for sales, with a strong focus on building relationships
• Passion for working with children
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work from 12:00pm – 7:30pm (Monday-Thursday) and 12:00pm – 4:00pm (Sunday), plus flexibility for attending some community events throughout the year
