Join this Dental Manf. Sales Representative opportunity based in the Los Angeles County. The territory includes San Bernardino County to the east and Ventura County, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern County (Bakersfield) to the NW & North. *The ideal locations to live for this territory would be Santa Monica/West Los Angeles/Marina del Rey/Playa del Rey/Culver City; South Bay Beach Cities/Torrance; Sherman Oaks-Studio City-Glendale-Montrose-Pasadena.


You will be selling a diversified product portfolio to both General Dentists & Specialists in primarily a "Hunter Role" (75%) & Account Management (25%).

-$85,000 Base Salary (will go up to $95,000 after hitting quota two months in a row) + Commission (No Cap's) + Quarterly Bonus/Yearly Bonus - $5k per quarter/$20k per year + Motus Car Allowance Plan + Expense Account & comphrensivenisve beneifts package. $200,000-$210,000-$220,000 1st year earning potential.


Experience Desired:

-BA/BS Degree - Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA Sports.

~2 years-5 years+ of Dental Sales experience with year-over-year sales success.

-2nd Choice - Medical Sales experience with a strong track record of success.

-3rd Choice - ~3-5 years - Business-to-Business Sales Representatives from ideally a Fortune 500 organization (i.e. ADP; Paychex; Cintas) or firms with a strong sales training program (i.e. Xerox agencies).

-Year-over-Year success - Rookie of the Year; President's Club Awards; Top 10%-20% Sales rankings regionally or nationally.

-A "Hunter Mentality"

- Strong percentage of sales coming from "New Net Business" in 2023, 2022, 2021.

-Empowered to run territory after training program; High Sales Activity model week in & week out; adaptable/flexible to change; $$$ motivated; team oriented/highly collaborative.
