Requirements:
Must be able to have flexible availability including weekends and some nights.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must have experience with computers and Microsoft office suites.
Must be able to work with staff and technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job.
Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet efficiently.
Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task.
