The Sales Insights & Analytics Leader will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making processes and providing insightful sales analytics to enhance our business strategies and performance for our Enterprise Informatics Global Commercial Operations.Your role:Lead the development and implementation of data analysis strategies to support sales growth and business objectivesManage and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development in addition to working closely with sales, marketing, finance, SSD and IT teams to align data initiatives with business goalsProduce comprehensive sales and business insights and reports to inform executive decision-making. ( more about our commitment to diversity and inclusion ( .Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $133,000 to $228,000.The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $161,000 to $275,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
