HR Director

Axis HealthCare is looking for a HR Director to join our team!

We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, healthcare, and HR!

Responsibilities include:

• Create training program for our employees according to their job description.
• Keep employees abreast of current happenings in our company, perhaps through a monthly newsletter.
• Organize yearly in-service meetings for open enrollment and current trainings.
• Empower our clinic managers to be the best leaders through monthly trainings to keep up to date on employment laws and compliance.
• Create and structure an HR department that keeps our company compliant with current employment laws.
• Administer FMLA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
