The Corporate Transactions team is recognized for its expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity, providing clients with exceptional legal guidance. The practice is listed as Band 1 for M&A Middle Market in The Legal 500 USA and ranked “Highly Regarded” by Chambers USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with a wide range of corporate transactional matters, focusing on M&A and Private Equity.
- Conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents.
- Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure successful transaction execution.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Admission to the California Bar.
