Job Title: Open Enrollment Specialist (Human Resources/Benefits)
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR
Salary: $25-$30 per hour
Contract Duration: 3 months
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Open Enrollment Specialist to join our client's team in Portland, OR, for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the open enrollment process, ensuring that employees have a smooth and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of benefits administration, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the open enrollment process for all employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits options and enrollment procedures.
  • Ensure all enrollment forms and documentation are accurately completed and submitted on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee benefits and enrollment status.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to benefits enrollment.
  • Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate employees about their benefits options.
  • Collaborate with HR and benefits providers to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and open enrollment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
  • High School diploma; additional qualification in HR or related field is a plus.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
