Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Open Enrollment Specialist to join our client's team in Portland, OR, for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the open enrollment process, ensuring that employees have a smooth and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of benefits administration, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the open enrollment process for all employees.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits options and enrollment procedures.
- Ensure all enrollment forms and documentation are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee benefits and enrollment status.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to benefits enrollment.
- Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate employees about their benefits options.
- Collaborate with HR and benefits providers to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and open enrollment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
- High School diploma; additional qualification in HR or related field is a plus.
