We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment, who are driven to deliver great work, are customer-oriented and are naturally empathetic.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyzes and reports the monthly results to finance management, with commentary on current business performance.Participates in monthly review of results with finance management team, discussing key business drivers of variances to budget, forecast and prior year. Responds to requests for financial information from internal colleagues and external parties (auditors, shareholders, financial institutions, etc.).Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and 5-year strategic plan.Supports the department executives with ad hoc analyses and business initiatives.Assesses, develops, and presents financial reports, forecasts, and analyses of new business opportunities.Participates as a key member of the solutions team and shares in the decision-making process.Responsible for reporting corporate costs by functional area.Collaborates with business unit finance leaders to develop and improve reporting and variance analysis.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).Travels as required.QUALIFICATIONSFive (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Skills & KnowledgeStrong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes, including US GAAP, control techniques, budgeting, and auditingUnderstanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) and how they interrelateAbility to communicate technical information and influence managementWorking knowledge of SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation Reporting (BPC) a plusExcellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsAnalytical and interpretive skills including the ability to compile and analyze data from various sourcesProblem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reportsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesTAKING CARE OF YOUCareer development and promotional growth opportunitiesA diverse and comprehensive benefits offering including medical, dental vision, 401K, PTO and moreWork environment requirements for entry-level opportunities include –Physical: Computer keyboardingAuditory/visual: Hearing, vision and talkingMental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgement and discretion; ability to meet deadlines.NEXT STEPSIf your application is selected to advance to the next round, you will receive an e-mail notification with instructions and a link to complete a recorded video interview.The statements contained in this document are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a colleague assigned to this description.
