Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in System Integration Assembly (SI), you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding new product introduction (NPI) programs. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support and assessment for new product/process development, with a focus on system assembly.

You will also manage BOMs/routings, oversee process instructions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. An M.S. or M.B.A. in Engineering or a related discipline is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Knowledge of Agile and Valor DFM is preferred.
• Familiarity with NPI processes and IPC training.
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
