Job Brief

We are looking for a passionate programmer to develop software-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have high analytical, logical, and communicational skills, be inquisitive, possess a knack for understanding new concepts quickly, and have an interest in the latest technological developments.

The candidate should also be able to understand client requirements, conduct research, conceptualize ideas, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement software systems and applications to achieve corporate objectives.
2. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
3. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
4. Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
5. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
6. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
7. Establish and promote programming guidelines, best practices, and standards.
8. Manage delivery projects efficiently while keeping in mind the KPIs: time, cost, quality, and scope, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Train new joiners on the delivery of development projects.

Requirements

1. 0-2 years of development experience.
2. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming with any standard programming language (preferred: PHP, Java).
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
4. Experience with React and Angular will be a plus.
5. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
6. Up to date with the latest programming trends, techniques, and technologies.
7. Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work under pressure.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with customers.
9. Act as an efficient team player.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹132,200.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
