REHAU is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for our Furniture Solutions Division. This home office-based position is responsible for growing our furniture components business throughout Western US and Canada.

Specific responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include:

  • Sell REHAU program lines including edgebanding, decorative surfaces and doors, tambour doors, hotmelt adhesives and custom profiles.
  • Develop sales territory to include managing customer accounts and development of new business.
  • Research the market and assess REHAU’s potential in that market base.
  • Assist in the development of the sales strategy to maximize market share.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Call on distributors, office furniture manufacturers and retail store fixture manufacturers for the purpose of converting them to REHAU products.
  • Maintain customer database via Salesforce.com, including visits and opportunities.
  • Sales experience in the millwork/ woodworking/ cabinetry industry preferred.
  • Experience with laminates or decorative surfaces preferred.
  • Proven ability to set and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com or other CRM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a diverse team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35 percent.

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, experience, and geographic location. Total range of compensation will be between $135K - $145K and may also include bonuses consistent with REHAU’s corporate bonus plan.
