Our clinic is looking for a caring Mental Health Therapist dedicated to providing the best possible therapeutic service to our clients. You'll be in charge of doing diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, and providing individual and/or family therapy to our clients. The ideal applicant will be licensed in the state of Ohio as an LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, or LMFT and have 1-3 years of clinical experience treating mental health clients. Responsibilities: • Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives • Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status • Provide individual and or family therapy to clients • Complete appropriate documentation Qualifications: • Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or equivalent • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting Compensation: $49,000 - $53,000 yearly
