This includes ensure compensation philosophy, policies and practices are adhered to, and meets the needs of the organization by optimizing the efficient use of resources and contributing to the creation of a healthy work environment by helping to attract and retain the talent that the Tollway needs to achieve its mission.Essential Job FunctionsThe Compensation Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Administers compensation philosophy, policies, processes and programs. i.e. annual merit, and colaEnsures accurate and complete job descriptions for all positions.Manage the job evaluation process, ensuringaccurate and updated job descriptions and title structures organization-wide andidentifying the appropriate CMS, FLSA, and revolving door classifications.Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on competitive and equitable salary offers and recommendationsCompletes routine audits of employee data and classificationsParticipate in salary surveys and review results of market data as a comparison to the Tollways salary ranges; conduct salary benchmarking analysis as needed.Conducts analysis related to external market studies, and internal pay challenges i.e. pay equity, compression, starting salaries, union agreements, and pay equityPartner with the HR Talent Acquisition and Professional Learning teams, build and deliver training and communication to support compensation philosophy and delivery.Answer general inquires, interpret policies, and share market best practice information as appropriate.Protects company proprietary information and always maintains confidentiality.Adhere to Tollway Customer Service Excellence standards.Perform project related duties as assigned.
