BOSS is growing and looking to expand our Sales and Marketing Team’s presence in New York, Texas, California and Illinois. The focus of these positions will be centered on the onboarding of new clients through a combination of networking, cold calling, e-mail campaigns, trade shows, referrals and company assigned leads. Our ideal candidates have exceptional presentation and negotiating skills, are impeccable decision makers, and possess a ‘no quit’ mentality. They will work with a seasoned management team and play a pivotal role in BOSS’s strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing sales in assigned geographical territory.
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities within the assigned territory.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and presenting sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Representing the organization to internal and external partners.
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Defining and executing territory sales plan.
  • Conducting market and industry research.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Promoting and educating client prospects to the strengths and offerings of the organization.
  • Developing strong relationships with multi-site clients throughout the US in the Retail, Banking, Food Industry, High Rise commercial and Industrial sectors.
  • Building off of the existing Salesforce database and updating all files on a daily basis.
  • Managing contract negotiation and working at the direction of the department supervisor.
  • Winning early customers with limited support.
  • Embracing and embodying the work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group.
  • Through personal example, establishing a style and approach which will characterize the Company’s dealings within the marketplace.
  • Working with marketing and management to develop online opportunities through channels such as Mail Chimp and other marketing campaigns, RFP development, and other sourcing events.
  • Attending at a minimum a weekly sales meeting with a set agenda to address all responsibilities, pipeline and goals with management and the sales team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, including B2B/D2C.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening).
  • Ability to convey information effectively.
  • Can work independently as well as with a team.
  • Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Travel will be required at a minimum of 1 week per month.
  • Background in facility maintenance a plus.
