Brown & Brown is seeking a Digital Risk Manager for our team in Carmel , Indiana
The IPEP Digital Risk Manager is responsible for all forms of Digital Risk Management, including but not limited to online safety programs, online member services, and maintaining the digital library in SharePoint.
WHAT YOU'LL D O:
- Conduct online safety and health training as necessary for compliance and/or injury and illness prevention.
- Perform and/or assist members virtually with Job Hazard Analysis and Ergonomic Risk Assessments for their site-specific work tasks.
- Conduct virtual WC101 sessions with member as deemed appropriate by onsite Risk Manager and/or Claims Leader.
- Maintain EHS Hero, Training Today, IPEP You Tube Channel, and any other online programs.
- Regularly review potential virtual programs that will benefit IPEP members and collaborate with other Risk Managers and Sr. VP of Claims Operations.
- Create and distribute monthly IPEP Newsletter. Will collaborate with internal parties for contribution of timely topics.
- Maintain MailChimp database.
- Maintain Sales Force Contacts database and update Claims Enterprise contacts as needed.
- Create monthly Ask the Expert sessions. Will collaborate with internal parties for contribution of timely topics.
- Create advance schedule for 8-10 OSHA virtual training sessions throughout the year for all members.
- Provide additional OSHA virtual training as requested by member, agent, or internal parties.
- Conduct 18 virtual trainings, WC101 sessions, etc. per month. "Value add" virtual meetings will be considered.
- Update data within the member risk management files and be proficient in utilizing internal risk management software programs.
- Maintain a professional image in all respects while interacting with members, agents, and vendors.
- Attend personal development courses and conferences as assigned by manager.
- Maintain knowledge of technical advancements in risk management and familiarity with accepted national standards.
- Cross train designated personnel on all duties.
- Ability to write recommendations for assessment by Underwriting and Claims.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external contacts.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Travel and overnight stays.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a favorable motor vehicle record.
- Must have dependable personal transportation for commuting to appointments, meetings etc.
Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Loss Control Management or Occupational Safety and Health.
- Risk management and risk management knowledge of applicable statutes, OSHA and NFPA standards, guidelines, and safety requirements.
- OSHA-10HR Authorized Outreach Trainer.
- CSP or ARM designation.
- Experience with public entity risk management
