Role Description: This is a remote contract role for a Business Analyst ServiceNow. The Business Analyst ServiceNow will be responsible for conducting requirements gathering and analysis, providing recommendations, and implementing and testing solutions. The Business Analyst ServiceNow will also work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide customized solutions.
Job Overview
- Location: Remote, Mexico
- 5+ years’ experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors
- Experience in testing and implementing HR systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis, process documentation, and testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer preferred
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools preferred
