Job Description
- Build detailed test plans, approaches, and strategies to build quality while optimizing the test effort.
- Participate in requirement sessions and understand the detailed solutions.
- Plan and estimate the upcoming work across the base stories and test phases.
- Plan scope of work across Iterations for a given Program Increment(/s) and execute with team towards completion.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews, understand and plan to execute the complexities.
- Continuous engagement of QE stakeholders across program, plan and drive the work towards completion.
- Build weekly, quarterly status reports to monitor the progress on a regular basis.
- Escalate and manage any deviations to the plan.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant Guidewire/Insurance projects end-to-end testing implementation experience.
- Implemented a minimum of two full insurance transformation projects implementations, being part of all project phases.
- Experience in building bottom-up testing estimates across technologies.
- Experience in building detailed metrics to track and report test progress.
- Experience in writing up detailed strategies and approaches while implementing and executing them.
- Exposure with multiple automation tools and frameworks to drive up the automation.
- Preferred exposure towards driving and managing non-functional testing like Accessibility, Security & Performance Testing.
- Preferred experience with Specialty lines implementation for US Middle to large business segments.
- Preferred experience with Guidewire transformation projects.
