This Professional will update content and complete an annual review of provider training materials for new state contracts, as well as lead in the creation of new materials for internal processes and markets (as needed) to support the Medicaid Provider Education team through collaboration across existing and new Medicaid markets.The Senior Medicaid Provider Education Professional will be an independent contributor in a role that demands strong content creation skills to create provider materials, has interpersonal skills to work across business segments, and must be highly organized.Key Role Objectives:Drafting small to mid-size provider content initiatives from new learning technology for training providers in active Medicaid markets.Create and maintain templates to provider consistency across provider educational resource guides.Collaborate across departments to update annual provider educational resources to meet state contracted requirements to drive best in class provider experience.Regular meetings with project teams to understand their provider training and education needs to ensure aligned segment strategy and approach.Support provider implementation education team members on annual reviews of documents including peer reviewing documents and tracking documents through the internal review process.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsMust work hours within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.Bachelor's degree.5+ years of experience drafting provider content creation for resources, educational material, or trainings.2+ years of project management experience with mid-size projects.1+ years of experience working with managed healthcare contracts, including an understanding of provider contract language.Understanding of learning design principles with proven application of those principles to create easy-to-read and captivating provider training and educational materials.Template design experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).Excellent written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills.Exceptional time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience operating in a matrixed environment coordinating across various departments, and a flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment.Work at Home RequirementsAt minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree.PMPExperience with Medicaid policies and/or Medicaid health plan operations, such as provider relations, claims submission and payment, utilization management processes, behavioral health processes, and dispute resolution.Additional InformationTravel: Up to 5%, possibly out of your home state.Workstyle: Remote, must work hours within the eastern time zone.Core Workdays & Hours: Typically, 8-5 pm Monday - Friday; Eastern Standard Time (EST).Benefits: Benefits are effective on day 1.
