Responsibilities: • Furnish accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs • Examine specifications, blueprints, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole • Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients • Create estimates, budgets, written proposals, costs, and updates for clients and project managers • Inspect the construction site to collect necessary client requirement information Qualifications: • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) is preferred • Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial • Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills are required • Comprehension of research methodology, accounting, data and risk analysis, and estimation metrics is crucial Compensation: 70,000 - 85,000 yearly
