The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for multiple reporting and analytical functions of two portfolio businesses. The position requires a highly motivated, "roll-up your sleeves" professional that can refine processes to help professionalize the business while also producing detailed reporting and analysis. This is a very hands-on role and one where in addition to routine responsibilities, there will be special projects to assist with or manage. The role will report to the CFO and work closely with the accounting and senior leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales and operations teams generating monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and long-range strategic plans.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including but not limited to expenses, revenue and pricing. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health and performance of the organization.
- Develop and prepare monthly reporting packages and conduct relevant analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics providing business insights to senior leadership.
- Participates in special projects to improve reporting, analytical tools, and internal processes to enhance management decision process.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role.
- Basic knowledge of product costing; experience in electronics manufacturing a plus;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and very strong attention to detail

- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in BI applications a plus
- Position will be Hybrid with the expectation to be in office 2 days a week.
