Education

1. Required: Degree in Accounting

Experience

1. Required: At least 7 years' accounting management experience
2. Preferred: 3 years' experience in an insurance company

1. Must be able to work effectively with staff, public and external agencies.
2. Must have the ability to take initiative and to exercise good judgment and decision-making.
3. Problem solving.
4. Critical thinking, conflict management, negotiation, and personnel development.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

1. Preferred: CPA
