As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Intake Specialist to join our dedicated team in Houston, Texas. This pivotal role will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making a crucial impact on their experience with our firm. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to identify client needs, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. What you'll do:
  • Client Engagement and Communication: Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, text, and email, ensuring prompt and empathetic responses to inquiries. You will be responsible for explaining our services, gathering necessary information, and guiding them through the initial stages of the intake process.
  • Case Evaluation: Utilize your knowledge of immigration law to conduct initial assessments of potential cases, determining their suitability for our firm's expertise. You will work closely with the marketing team and marketing partners to ensure effective outreach initiatives and a seamless client journey.
  • Sales and Retention: Employ your exceptional sales skills to convert leads into clients, effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any concerns. You will play a key role in meeting and exceeding performance indicators and revenue goals.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the marketing department to analyze call center metrics, identify trends, and optimize outreach strategies. You will prepare reports to track progress and ensure efficient call handling and response times.
  • Onboarding and Timelines: Review and manage timelines for client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial contact to signing up with the firm.
What we're looking for:
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, enabling effective communication with our diverse clientele.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and de-escalate client concerns.
  • Quick Start and Proactive Mentality: Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and anticipate needs without constant direction. We value individuals who are eager to jump in and solve problems with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, demonstrating critical thinking and resourcefulness.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using relevant software and technology, including Clio, Clio Grow, Clio Manage, O365 Suite/Teams, and DocketWise.
  • Team Leadership : Experience managing and leading a team, preferably in a call center or sales environment. Ability to train and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
