We are looking for a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to help build Pella’s B2C presence. As our Replacement Sales Representative , you’ll play a crucial role in driving Pella’s continued growth and success.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Replacement Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for marketing and selling Pella products to homeowners for home replacement projects. You’ll provide design expertise, guide product selection, and oversee the entire project from sale through installation—while benefiting from a generous commission structure .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each project meets Pella’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, building lasting relationships and acting as their trusted advisor throughout the sales and installation process.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and showroom presentations, offering tailored design solutions and detailed quotes.
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills to ensure smooth execution and meet customer expectations from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve both sales and operational goals.
  • Capitalize on an attractive commission potential , rewarding your success in sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Skilled at delivering compelling presentations and closing sales in a home setting.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that complies with company standards.

Work Environment:

This role blends remote work from your home office and in-field engagement with clients. Candidate must live in the Salt Lake and/or surrounding area. You’ll need reliable transportation to connect with customers and attend appointments on a daily basis.
