Data Analyst

Position Overview:
Regular duties to update and provide reporting for category assortment, market category trends, nutritional attribute reporting by market and category utilizing the Nielsen discovery / NIQ platforms. Additional responsibilities within data integrity include the review and downloading of item and vendor information into the Bozzuto’s systems used in the category management and merchandising programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately entering data into company systems, appropriate spreadsheets and any other proprietary system.
2. Cleansing and preprocessing raw data to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
3. Utilizing statistical techniques and tools to analyze data sets and identify trends.
4. Preparing and maintaining reports that communicate data-driven insights and opportunities.
5. Working closely with other departments to identify unique reporting needs.
6. Generating appropriate reports for management.
7. Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Experience:

1. Preferred one (1) year of data analysis experience.
2. Proficiency in Nielsen Discovery / NIQ software.
3. Proficient knowledge of technological systems such as but not limited to: Microsoft Office, E-mail, voicemail, etc.

Schedule:

1. Monday – Friday
2. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Environment:

1. Office – approx. 65°F – 75°F
