The Role
As a Family Support and Stabilization Clinician , you will work in partnership with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to provide direct services and supports to parents/guardians and their children. This is a full-time position located in Roxbury , reporting to the Program Director . You will focus on ensuring that families achieve their goals within the contract period while maintaining safe and nurturing home environments. Services provided include concrete parenting support, educational/vocational assistance, mental health and community access, and support with legal issues such as domestic violence, probation, and court orders.
  • Conduct weekly home visits (1-2 times per week) to provide assessments, advocacy, and updates.
  • Collaborate with DCF collaterals and provide immediate supports to families.
  • Maintain case management files, including referral information, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Complete all documentation and reports using the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) system and Virtual Gateway platform.
What You'll Bring to the Team
We're looking for someone who's not just qualified but driven. Someone who's excited about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field required. Master's degree preferred .
  • Bilingual capacity required (English/Spanish).
  • LSW, LICSW, LW, or mental health licensing preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing case management and/or counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), time management skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
