Lead/Principal Product Manager (remote but must be based in the United States)

Tillster seeks a Lead/Principal Product Manager .

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and experienced Lead/Principal Product Manager possessing proven business acumen and technical/technology expertise to join our growing Product team. You will be working on our highly configurable commerce and engagement experience platform to create branded web and mobile applications for global restaurant brands in the quick service and casual dining space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the product vision and strategy of a consumer experience platform that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Define the product roadmap based on competitive analysis, market feedback, and consumer insights.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to gather feedback, validate ideas, and drive alignment.
  • Define high level business requirements and decompose them into epics and stories while serving as product owner for the platform.
  • Collaborate with design, data analytics, engineering, and product operations throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and marketing to develop the go to market strategy and sales and marketing collateral.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product performance, including but not limited to: Conversion rate, User engagement, Return rate, Customer lifetime value, Site and app performance, Customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, methodologies to increase efficiency and time to market.
  • Evangelize the product internally and externally to drive interest and awareness.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress; proactively flag potential roadblocks or changes in roadmap.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in the restaurant and restaurant technology space.

Qualifications

  • 9-12 years’ experience:
    • As a product manager for digital experience platforms and content management systems that create and control consumer web and/or mobile applications; highly configurable white-label solutions; and/or consumer e-commerce and engagement platforms.
    • Experience in a SCRUM/Agile environment writing epics and stories as a product owner.
    • Analyzing, clarifying, and translating business and functional requirements.
    • Managing scope of work and change management efforts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Passion for user experience and data driven strategy, coupled with a demonstrable ability to scale platforms and processes.
  • Customer focused with high quality standards.
  • Ability to travel as business needs demand.
  • Located in the United States.

Pay and Benefits (USA)

  • Expected base salary range $140,000 - $175,000. Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
  • Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.

  • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years. Eligible part-time employees earn pro-rated PTO.
  • Retirement: Effective with your employment start date, you will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
