Job Title: Patient RepresentativeJob DescriptionAs a Patient Representative, you will assist with daily reception activities, ensuring that all processes needed for patient services are initiated. You will communicate effectively with team members and patients regarding all aspects of service. Your role will include telephone and mail contact with patients, scheduling appointments, fee collection, and explaining services and charges. You will also distribute materials to patients, including patient satisfaction cards and patient rights information.
