About The Role
We’re hiring an Operations Specialist in our Operations Team to assist with experimental products within DoorDash Labs. In this role, you’ll work with multiple stakeholders including Product and Engineering (hardware and software) to assist with the various tasks relative to the deployment and sustenance of experimental products. This includes traveling to merchants for training staff, conducting on-site audits to gauge product performance, data collection, and debugging for various new product features.

- Work collaboratively with others but thrive in self-sufficiency and taking ownership of key functionalities of a product.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress.
- 2+ years of experience or strong interest in the space.
Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
$23.70—$34.80 USD
