We are in search of a Senior Vice President, Total Rewards Executive to join our Human Resources organization located in Reston, VA. As a core member of this Strategic HR Leadership Team, you will play a valuable part in the sustainment, enhancement, and execution of a global Total Rewards strategy across the enterprise.

The Challenge:

Leading the Benefits, Corporate Compensation, and Executive Compensation and Compliance functions from the corporate level, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Responsibilities include managing employment policies, broad based compensation, health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, executive compensation, stock programs, and related federal/state and DCAA/DOL/SEC compliance.

  • Development and delivery of effective programs, tools, and processes within the company cost structure through management of large-scale health, welfare, compensation, incentive, and retirement annual spend.
  • Communicates and influences within and outside of own function to implement market-competitive and differentiated offerings.
  • Interacts directly with the HR and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Continuous stakeholder engagement with a wide range of programs under development at any point in time. Problems and issues faced are complex and require consideration of multiple variables.
  • Requires ability to communicate with executives and senior leaders in the business and functional teams regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization as decisions drive long-term profitability and growth.
  • Manages multiple teams led by vice presidents who support and help grow the business.
  • Develops new and innovative ways to deliver differentiated Total Rewards.
  • Secures and deploys resources effectively and efficiently.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15+ years of related experience with 12+ years leading teams or projects.
  • Strong financial acumen skills and ability to work closely with the Finance team.
  • Leadership experience within Total Rewards, Benefits, Corporate Compensation, and Executive Compensation and Compliance and aligning these key strategic areas to business priorities.
  • Recognized leader with strong executive presence and change agent mentality through collaboration and indirect influence.
  • Ability to make sense of complex information to effectively solve problems and champion the most effective solutions to support the employees and maintain the competitiveness of the business.
  • Ability to contribute to overall HR strategy and direction as part of the Human Resources Leadership team.
  • Exceptional business and professional knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-unit project or program teams and manage across multiple functions.
  • Ability to influence internal peers and stakeholders.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $273,000.00 - $438,750.00
