Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with European cars (Volkswagen, Audi, BMW) and will also be proficient in servicing other makes and models. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles with a focus on precision, quality, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
  • Conduct complex repairs including engine, transmission, and electrical system work
  • Work on European makes (Volkswagen, Audi, BMW) as well as all other brands
  • Provide clear communication with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety and regulatory standards
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure that repairs and adjustments have resolved the issues and that the vehicle is operating correctly.


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional, paid, automotive mechanic experience at an automotive repair shop or dealership (required).
  • ASE certification or equivalent automotive certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work on a variety of makes and models
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Valid driver’s license
