About This Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Director to oversee all aspects of our electronic manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will influence the P/L through driving operational excellence, ensuring the safety and quality of our products, and fostering a healthy and close partnership with customers. The Manufacturing Director will report to CEO/Group GM and will work closely with other members of the leadership team to achieve company objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, increase efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
  • Oversee all plant operations, including production, inventory control, logistics, maintenance, and safety
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve operational excellence and meet company goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs and financial goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce waste
  • Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance plant operations and drive innovation
  • Order and Capacity Management
  • Responsible for the P/L of the plant; Managing product cost and pricing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in an electronic manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and achieving operational goals
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial acumen
  • Experience working with customers and suppliers of top tiers

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Preferred Qualifications:
