Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Development : Lead the creation of generative AI models for 3D assets and LLM-based tools for code generation, enabling users to personalize their gaming experiences.
• AI Architecture : Design scalable, reliable AI systems that integrate smoothly into the platform, supporting both developers and end-users.
• Leadership & Mentorship : Guide a team of AI engineers, setting best practices for AI research and development, and providing mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven features that align with the overall vision for the product.
• Innovation : Stay ahead of AI advancements, integrating the latest in generative AI and LLM technologies to keep the platform at the cutting edge of game customization and code generation.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on deploying models in production environments.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for scalable AI deployment.
• Experience developing generative models (textures, 3D models) and LLM-based tools for natural language processing and code generation.
• Strong architectural skills in designing and implementing AI systems across backend and frontend environments.
• A product-focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering AI-powered products.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in the gaming industry or with game-related AI applications.
