Our client, an asset management company located in Boston, is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to temporarily join their team through the end of March. The hours for this role are 8:30am-5pm and it is compensating up to $40 an hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively support director with sales efforts and any transversal tasks
• Be the representative of the business line in the absence of the director
• Ensure that the Client Relationship Management tool is properly fed (including input of data when necessary) and updated
• Produce, Maintain and Monitor communication budget
• Support the organization of marketing events and conferences
• Responsible for producing annual sales budgets and deliver all sales reporting required by local management or head office
• Produce research and data intelligence on market
• On occasion help to finalize request for proposal answers
• Be the liaison with marketing, compliance and finance
• Maintain folder with appropriate marketing material
• Take care of ad hoc requests
  Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five years previous experience in the asset management industry
  • Practice of foreign language, particularly French, is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess analysis skills (analytical, quantitative, effective writing, and presentation skills)
  • Knowledge of the financial markets, finance, economics, accounting and fixed income markets
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Must possess strong Excel skills
  • Must be a self-starter
