Haas Realty Group was formed in 2024 to represent buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in RVA and surrounding counties of Virginia, We seek to form a small, exclusive team of professionals who are knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate industry, as a niche real estate firm, specializing in meeting our client's needs and educating them throughout the purchase and/or sale experience.
Role Description
Our ideal candidates work independently and manage their own schedule, as an independent contractor. Seasoned residential and/or commercial real estate agents are preferred. Our office is located in the west end of Henrico, VA, central to the entire RVA metro area. Our agents are responsible for facilitating the sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages, and negotiating offers.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Virginia
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends
- Ability to work independently and have a strong drive for results
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience using real estate CRM software is a plus
- Knowledge of energy-efficiency is a plus
