DRW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to enhance our recruiting efforts across Asia. This role involves defining and executing talent acquisition strategies for various roles in our Asia offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects with the recruiting team, stakeholders, and hiring managers.
- Advise stakeholders and guide the talent acquisition process, including market intelligence, sourcing strategies, search execution, and offer negotiation.
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including developing position descriptions, creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, managing the interview process and candidate communication, structuring and extending offers of employment, and negotiating terms of employment.
- Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent, specifically for roles in Technology, Middle and Back Office, and Business Operations and Support.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and job requirements; track candidates in the applicant tracking system; provide hiring metrics/reports as needed.
- Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief sessions with Executives and interview teams.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, background checks, pre-employment, and onboarding activities.
- Provide occasional recruiting support for our European offices in London and Amsterdam.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in an executive search or in-house financial services capacity.
- Significant search execution experience in the Trading, Quantitative, or Technology areas.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using social media, networking tools, and research tools to source candidates.
- Strong initiative and sense of urgency, with proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions throughout the APAC region.
