* This is a Hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in the Riverwoods Illinois Office *Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Sales Tech tools, processes, products and solutions to support the salesforce.Ensure all new hires and existing team members are fully trained on the sales tech stack and facilitate ongoing education to support adoption and proficiency.Assess and evaluate effectiveness of training programs and enablement materials and make needed updates to ensure data-driven improvements support the salesforce in revenue-generating activities.Collaborate with vendor CSMs to stay up to date on latest features and functionality of existing tools and roll out updates to the sales team.Track tool adoption and usage metrics, presenting insights to leadership to establish KPIs and recommend strategies for improvement.Work with the larger Sales Enablement team to develop and execute impactful data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process and increasing sales velocity and conversion rates; works with team to create learning plans, courses and reporting, as needed.Collaborate cross-functionally to audit current sales processes and identify and address gaps in sales technology.Liase with Sales Operations to design, monitor and measure program and sales performance to demonstrate impact and ROI of enablement programming.Develop sales playbooks that support the sales process, evaluate and update existing playbooks to ensure they reflect product, content or process changes.Identify opportunities for and implement solutions to optimize our tech stack, as needed.Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of learned skills and techniques into work behavior.Conducts rep knowledge, skills, and abilities assessments/evaluations as needed.Creates sales assets in accordance with provided guidelines and maintains assets in content management tool.Supports and reports on progress of assigned new hires and other trainees during onboarding period.Assists in the planning, delivery and evaluation of quarterly workshops and scheduled training sessions (live and virtual) to upskill new hires and existing salesforce.Provides additional support, as assigned.Other DutiesCreates course maintenance plans, as assigned, to ensure all training courses are kept current and accurate.Coordinates meetings and workshops when needed.Provides monthly training reports and quarterly presentations on activity, insights, and metrics.Performs other duties as assigned by managerJob QualificationsEducation: A BS/BA degree is required or equivalent, MA preferredA degree in a training, instructional design, business or sales related field is preferred.Experience: 3-5 years sales training experience is essential. Direct sales experience, sales enablement and/or sales operations is preferred.Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:Strong organizational, time management and project management skills required.Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.Ability to simplify the complex and influencing without authority.Strategic mindset; Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy is also required for verification of reports and data.Experience writing instructions is required; Technical writing skills preferred.Experience with instructional design and development is preferred.Experience with a Sales CRM, MS Office products, and Sales Enablement platforms (SFDC, Gong, Seismic, Outreach)Experience facilitating training and skill development sessions- Live and virtual.The ability to work independently, take initiative and shepherd tasks to completion.Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.Experience with training and development authoring tools (Articulate).Experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday)Proven experience managing, implementing, training sales enablement tools and platforms.Travel requirementsSome travel may be required 10-20%.#LI-HybridEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Wolters Kluwer U.
