OverviewChick-fil-A Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A Restaurants receive safe and reliable product in a manner that flows as seamlessly with restaurant operations as possible.As a Lead Analyst on the Supply Chain Inventory Product team, you will influence our success by defining and measuring Key Performance Indicators, communicating and delivering actionable insights, translating business requirements into analytics solutions, and ensuring user adoption of analytics tools delivered. The Lead Analyst supporting the Inventory Product team will apply analytical techniques to help drive operational efficiencies in Perfect Order performance, Forecast Accuracy, upstream Inventory holding positions, and network/distribution strategy.This individual will directly support and coordinate analytical work across multiple high-level leaders to provide insights for strategic decision-making and action. They will develop and maintain complex models and dashboards, combining various external and internal data sources to derive insights. This experienced individual will direct their own work with significant latitude while also providing technical leadership to co-workers.
