Private Equity - Portfolio Operations

CarterPierce is working with a middle market Private Equity firm in Charlotte, NC as they hire a Private Equity Associate to join their Portfolio Operations team. With over $2bn of AUM, this firm invests in Business Services, Industrial Technology, Financial Services, Packaged Food, Marketing and Information Services. They are hiring some to join their Private Equity Portfolio Operations team in the near term.

Details:

• Primarily control investments in growth-oriented businesses where there are multiple levers to accelerate growth across strategy, people, technology, and integration.
• This role will lead research, identifying targets, conduct market diligence on live deals, develop strategies alongside the board and management team for portfolio company growth, and identifying and supporting strategic, commercial, operational, or innovation-focused initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• One to four years of Investment Banking or Consulting Experience
• Strong diligence and financial modeling skills
• Intellectually curious, detail oriented, driven and collaborative
