**Job Description:**
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Work collaboratively with a healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans
- Ensure excellent patient care and handling at all times
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Adapt to different patient needs and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
Note: No weekend or major holiday shifts required. Most clinics are closed on major holidays.
