JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: This is a dynamic position within the administrative team dedicated to supporting the fellowship training programs within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine (CVM) within the Department of Medicine. As part of the team, the incumbent will coordinate with and contribute to the development and implementation of administrative activities to ensure ongoing compliance with the requirements set forth by the accrediting body, ensuring the success and continued growth of our programs and fellow physicians. Primary responsibilities will include data management for the training programs. The incumbent will cross-train, as well as work independently, to assist with management of all aspects of the administrative workflow in alignment with the academic year and reporting cycles. This position will report to the Graduate Medical Education Program Manager and closely collaborate with other members of the education mission, including Program Directors, fellows, faculty, the Department of Medicine education team, and the institutional Graduate Medical Education (GME) office. Responsibilities: Coordinates and contributes to the development and implementation of the administrative activities of the residency/fellowship program as outlined in the accreditation program requirements and other regulatory agencies. Must utilize fundamental knowledge of these requirements to manage workflow components of the administrative and professional responsibilities for the program\'s residents/fellows while serving as the primary liaison between the Program Director, residents/fellows, program faculty, institutional Graduate Medical Education (GME) office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning program matters.
