Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.

 Visualize, create, and implement conceptual designs for architectural projects.

 A creative mindset to design prefabrication friendly structures that are visually appealing and timeless.

 Present project information internally, externally and to clients thru presentations in meetings and conference calls.

 Drive timely and accurate design and delivery of project deliverables from entitlement through schematic design.

 Utilize creative thinking skills to visualize and implement solutions to unique design challenges.

 Build strong relationships with other departments in Clark Pacific to enhance and advance collaborative efforts with other departments.

 Build strong relationships outside of Clark Pacific to create and enhance partnerships that advance collaborate efforts.

 Other duties as assigned.

 Ability to maintain attentiveness to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment throughout involvement in multiple projects without losing sight of goals and deadlines.

 Passionate about design and current on design trends within the product market.

 Working knowledge of Sketch-Up and/or Rhino as design platforms.

 Working knowledge of Revit.

 Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Work Environment

 General, in person, office environment will be experienced.

 There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.

 There will be periodic exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme cold and extreme heat, wet and/or humid environments.


Physical Demands:

 Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones, standing and walking

 Periodic: Repetitive foot, leg, hand, arm, shoulder, and torso movements

 Occasional: Business travel, (15%). Bending squatting, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.


Experience and Education:

 2-10 years’ experience in a similar role is required.

 Experience with commercial projects is preferred.
