Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored IT staffing solutions.
• Source, engage, and interview top IT talent through various channels.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, including placements and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a 360 Recruiter, ideally in IT staffing.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of IT roles and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
