Job Requirements / Description
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in key account management
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our high-quality toy products to large retail stores
- You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the product development team
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Attend trade shows and industry events
