Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our high-quality toy products to large retail stores
  • You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the product development team
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance
  • Attend trade shows and industry events
