Technology Architecture Senior Manager | Senior Level | Full time

You Are :

A strong Salesforce Technical Architect with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. Communication and relationship-building skills? You have both in spades and you use them to identify requirements, craft solutions, and get clients to green light proposals. You’re not daunted by complex problems, thanks to your next-level analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, and you are great at bringing out the best in team members.

The Work :

  1. Collaborate with the functional team to figure out the best way to implement a solution (which could involve decisions around declarative vs. programmatic vs. App Exchange, etc.)
  2. Handle technical issues brought to you by less experienced teams
  3. Serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, security, integration, data migration, and other solution components
  4. Lead team members and performance through regular one-on-one meetings, periodic feedback, annual reviews, etc.
  5. Help with sales initiatives from providing leads through scope/SOW, solution, and developing price estimates
  6. Mentor the Salesforce practice team members and take on leadership roles to expand the capabilities of the practice
  7. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
