Job Requirements / Description

We are searching for a Treasury Manager with strong attention to detail for an opportunity to develop and oversee the corporate Treasury function. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's banking relationships, managing cash position, forecasting cash flow, and overseeing financial resources.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain bank relationships
  2. Manage the daily functions of Treasury, including reconciling prior day's cash balances, preparing current day cash position reports and initiating required payments
  3. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast
  4. Manage debt portfolio, including debt compliance and covenant monitoring
  5. Submit required bank reports, track revolver borrowings, rollover dates and interest payments; review quarterly covenant checklists
  6. Manage credit agreement amendments
  7. Approve wire transfers/ACH's initiated by Account Payable Group
  8. Manage changes to bank web sites and act as a security administrator for user entitlements
  9. Review bank account analysis statements
  10. Complete treasury management projects and studies (including RFP's and reviews of banking products and services)
  11. Manage the company's merchant processing and corporate card programs
  12. Prepare letter of credit applications and bank documentation
  13. Prepare quarterly incremental borrowing rates, set monthly intercompany rates and prepare annual FBAR file for tax department
  14. Gather and report information on fx trends, exposure risk and market conditions
  15. Provide audit confirmation on Treasury controls for internal audit

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Three to five years of banking and treasury management experience
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  4. An aptitude for numbers to include excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  6. The ability to handle multiple projects, meet constant deadlines and work with confidential information
  7. The ability to research problems and complete projects independently
  8. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (preferred)
  9. Familiarity with Oracle
