Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Enterprise Applications Analyst (ServiceTitan) to design, implement, support, and optimize our enterprise applications, including ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and ERP systems. As our company experiences significant growth and executes a robust M&A strategy, this role will be crucial for integrating new acquisitions, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless operations across our expanding system landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with ServiceTitan, strong acumen in accounting and QuickBooks, and have a proven ability to do analysis to enhance systems and processes.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/annual
Benefits: 401(k), Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Occasional extended hours and weekends may be required to meet business needs.)

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage years of experience as a ServiceTitan super user, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational impacts and customer experience.
  • Construct and evolve ServiceTitan instances based on business conditions, leadership, and user feedback.
  • Act as an internal consultant for ServiceTitan projects, providing complex solution design, requirements analysis, and configuration development to meet business needs.
  • Develop deep relationships with ServiceTitan resources, understand the product roadmap, and work with the vendor to resolve complex challenges affecting the environment.

Application Management:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and ERP systems, including system upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization.
  • Manage relationships with application vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms.
  • Implement processes for continuous improvement and optimization of application performance.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to maximize system usage and efficiency.

Training & Support:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and manuals for end-users to optimize application utilization and effectiveness, including training new hires and ongoing sessions.
  • Build and manage a training repository for ServiceTitan and other enterprise applications to support ongoing user education and system adoption.
  • Provide quality assurance over in-flight projects, ensuring alignment with model tenant standards and consistent execution of project management methodologies.

User Support & Communication:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for application-related support, addressing user concerns and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Relay system features and updates to users after thorough testing, ensuring understanding and effective use.
  • Communicate with regular performance and KPI reports, updating on progress, identifying barriers, and presenting potential solutions.
  • Facilitate quality control sessions and ensure consistent information delivery.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential trades, with a minimum of 5 years as a ServiceTitan super user.
  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts or experience in an accounting role.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver proactive solutions through business case scenarios and influence senior leadership for optimal results.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High motivation to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging strong communication and business partnership skills.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with partner teams and influencing the adoption of best practices across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant technologies such as ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or specific application certifications).
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
