The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the project team (office or field) with the daily management and execution of the construction process. This role will assist in safety management, cost management, site management, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions to help ensure successful completion of the project. Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for projects.

Here’s what you get to do:

  1. Assist in the preparation and maintain tracking logs for contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, requests for information (RFI’s), change orders, and material deliveries
  2. Assist with internal project meetings, owners meetings, and trade partner meetings
  3. Partner with the superintendent to assist in trade partner management
  4. Take and maintain progress photos
  5. Assist with preparation of daily reports
  6. Assist with LEED submittals and tracking

Here’s who you are: (required)

  1. Has earned or will earn as of May 2025, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, or has equivalent construction experience
  2. Has time management skills with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands, and to work independently
  3. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and interacts effectively at all levels within the organization

Here’s what we’d love for you to have: (preferences)

  1. Software experience, such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, P6
  2. Certifications for First Aid/CPR and OSHA 30-hour
