SUMMARY: Are you a detail-oriented, inquisitive individual who is looking to grow within a company? We are seeking professionals who are both task and people focused to join our credit team. In this role both skills are needed as you will be entering payment information and communicating with clients to follow up and resolve discrepancies.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:

  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
  • Professionally communicate with customers when necessary
  • Account reconciliation- research and resolve account issues
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets
  • Processing credit memo's and small balance write-off's
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving capability
  • Experience and working knowledge of Excel preferred
  • Strong professional written and verbal communications skills
  • High-school diploma/GED required
  • 1-2 years Accounting experience preferred
