Lease Administrator - Philadelphia, PA (Old City) $85-110k - Hybrid
A growing commercial real estate company in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join their team!
The Lease Administrator is responsible for the administration of leases for commercial real estate properties. This includes preparing lease abstracts, processing lease payments, and managing lease expirations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process lease payments and manage tenant accounts
- Ensure data integrity of the organization's lease administration software/system
- Review leases, amendments, and lease renewals
- Manage CAM reconciliations and billing
- Overall oversight and supervision of the department
- Run monthly & quarterly reports
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Legal, Tax, & Financial Planning for capital-related issues, appeals, tax filings, or as needed
- Monitor lease expirations and renewals
- Maintain lease records and databases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software
